Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 November 2026
This policy explains what personal information GPU Forge Ltd ("GPU Forge", "we") collects when you use gpuforge.io, our API and our command-line tool, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, your email address and the account identifier that Google or GitHub gives us when you sign in with them. We never see your Google or GitHub password.
- Usage information: the machines you rent and the jobs you run: the program, the provider and region, start and end times, duration and cost, and the status reports and logs your machines send us so we can keep them running.
- Job content: the inputs you send to a job (for example a prompt or a photo) and the result it returns. We keep them for 24 hours so you can collect the result, then delete them. The record of the job (time, duration, price) stays in your billing history.
- Payment information: your balance, top-ups and refunds. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we keep only the card brand, the last four digits and the expiry date so we can show you which card is saved.
- Access keys: we store only a fingerprint of each API key, never the key itself.
- Cookies: one session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
To sign you in, run and bill your machines and jobs, show you your spending, enforce your balance and budgets, keep the service secure and prevent abuse, fix problems, and answer you when you contact us. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with the service providers that run GPU Forge, and only what each one needs:
- Stripe, to process card payments.
- GPU cloud providers (Vast.ai, RunPod, Nebius and Jarvis Labs), which host the machines that run your work.
- Google and GitHub, when you choose to sign in with them.
- Our hosting and storage (Railway and Cloudflare), which run our website, API and data stores.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
What happens on machines
Files on a machine stay on that machine. When a machine is released its disk is deleted. Machines of our ready programs may be shared between customers; their working folder is emptied every time a machine starts or wakes, so nothing you leave there passes to another customer. Keep your own copy of anything that matters.
How long we keep it
Account information, while your account is open. Billing records, as long as accounting and tax law requires. Job inputs and results, 24 hours. Machine logs and status reports, only as long as we need them to run the service and resolve problems.
Security
Access is over encrypted connections (HTTPS), secrets are stored encrypted, and access keys are stored only as fingerprints. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at once if you think your account or a key has been compromised.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your information, or to close your account, by writing to support@gpuforge.io. We answer within 30 days.
Children
GPU Forge is a service for developers and businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you before the change applies.
