Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 November 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and GPU Forge Ltd ("GPU Forge", "we"). By creating an account or using GPU Forge you accept them. If you use GPU Forge for a company, you accept them for that company.
1. The service
GPU Forge is a GPU cloud service for developers and businesses. Through our website, our API and our command-line tool you can:
- Rent GPU machines from third-party cloud providers (Vast.ai, RunPod, Nebius and Jarvis Labs), run your own software on them, and stop, park or release them at any time.
- Use ready AI programs: open-source image, video and speech models that we package and run, each with its own API.
- Run jobs: send one request and get one result from a ready program on machines we manage, and pay only for the compute that result used.
Machines run on our providers' hardware. Availability, regions and performance depend on them.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Sign in with Google or GitHub and keep your account and API keys secure: anything done with them, including by software agents you give a key to, counts as done by you.
3. Prices and payment
- GPU Forge is prepaid. You add credit to your balance by card, through Stripe, on our website. You can also save a card and set an automatic top-up and a daily spending cap.
- Machines are charged per second at the hourly price shown before you start them. Parked machines (stopped with their disk kept) are charged the lower storage price shown for them.
- Jobs are charged per result: the seconds of compute the result used at the program's hourly price, with a small minimum per job. You see a quote before a job runs and can set a maximum price. A job that fails is not charged.
- All prices are in US dollars and include no subscription or setup fee.
- When your balance reaches zero we warn you, nothing new can start, and after a short grace period your machines are released and their disks deleted. Keep your balance topped up and keep copies of what matters.
- If a card payment is reversed or disputed, we deduct the same amount from your balance and may suspend the account until it is settled.
4. Refunds
Unused prepaid credit is refundable. Write to support@gpuforge.io from the email address of your account and we will refund the unused balance to the original card, usually within 10 business days. Compute that was already used (machine time and completed jobs) is not refundable. If something on our side failed and charged you, tell us and we will put it right.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use GPU Forge to:
- break the law, or to create, store or share content that is illegal where you or we are;
- create or share any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors;
- infringe others' intellectual property or privacy;
- attack, scan or break into systems, or spread malware;
- send spam, or run fraud or phishing;
- resell or share access to your account without our written agreement;
- break the rules of the cloud provider whose machine you use.
We may stop machines, refuse jobs, suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and report illegal activity to the authorities.
6. Your content
What you upload, run and create on GPU Forge stays yours. You are responsible for it and for having the right to use it. You give us only the permission we need to process it for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Ready programs and models
Our ready programs use open-source and third-party models under their own licences. Results are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or unexpected; check them before you rely on them. Every photo made by our photo programs carries an invisible GPU Forge mark.
8. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep GPU Forge available but do not promise uninterrupted service. A machine can fail, be slow or be reclaimed by its provider; a started job that fails is not charged. We may add, change or retire programs and features, and will give notice of changes that affect what you pay.
9. No warranty and limit of liability
GPU Forge is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
10. Ending
You can stop using GPU Forge and close your account at any time; unused credit is refunded as in section 4. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you before it applies; continuing to use GPU Forge after that means you accept it.
